Madame Tussauds is a French woman who popularized the waxwork figures. Her waxworks are featured in the largest museum in London. Recently, her waxworks are featured in the New York museum. The Opening Night Party room offers a collection of wax figures of the top stars in Hollywood.  Some of the top names wax figures featured in the room include Osbournes, Angelina Jolie, and Jennifer Lopez. Visitors are allowed to snap a photo of the life like figures in the Opening Night Party room.

The Cinema 4D at Madame Tussauds offers visitors the opportunity to watch the 3D movie in 4D features.

During the weekdays, Madame Tussauds museum is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sometimes, the Madame Tussauds museum is close on 8 p.m. During a special event, the museum will also be closed. You can check with the information center to find out the opening hours before making a visit to the Madame Tussauds museum.

The admission ticket for an adult that aged 13 – 58 years of age is charged $35.50. if you are aged 60 years of age and above, you will be charged $32.50. Children aged between 4 – 12 years old are charged $28. Children aged less than 3 years old are admitted free.

The online ticket price for an adult is $28.30.For seniors, the online ticket price are $26. Parents who purchase the admission ticket for their children will have to pay for $22.80. Tax is applicable to all ticket pass. Tour group that consists at least 15 people will be qualified for a discounted ticket rate. If you plan to visit Madame Tussauds on the same day, you must purchase the ticket from the ticket counter at the museum. Madame Tussauds accepts payment in the form of cash, credit card, and traveler checks. Most major credit cards are accepted for payment at Madame Tussauds. The online ticket cannot be refunded. If you purchase the ticket online, make sure you bring the printed confirmation. You will pay for the ticket at the ticketing counter in the museum.

Every ticket pass include a general admission to the Madame Tussauds SCREAM, and 4D Cinema movies. The Cinema 4D features the classic movie called Polar Express. Tourists will be able to learn about the Madame Tussauds story during their tour.

The Birthday Parties promotion allows you to celebrate your birthday with your friends at the Madame Tussauds museum. The Birthday Pass include general admission to the museum, $5 voucher, 15% on the items at the gift shop and VIP seats at the 4D Cinema. Occasionally, the birthday parties pass will include add ons such as wax hands and guidebooks.

Madame Tussauds museum can be accessed through public transport such as bus, subway line, car and ferry. It is situated in the center of New York City in Times Square.  You can find Madame Tussauds on the 42nd Street between 7th and 8th avenues.
